Location: 21st Floor, Business Bay Tower

Located on the 21st floor with a breathtaking panoramic view of the Dubai skyline, this one-bedroom apartment was designed as a refined holiday home that embodies luxury, elegance, and modern sophistication. The design concept highlights the prestige of its prime location in Business Bay through a carefully curated palette of luxurious tones and textures.

The open-plan living and kitchen area features a bold, dramatic atmosphere, where rich black tones dominate the space. Black velvet drapes, a deep-toned sofa, a sleek dining table, and a sculptural coffee table create a sense of depth and elegance, further elevated by layered textures and finishes. Accents of gold throughout the living area—seen in the décor elements, tableware, and accessories—add a sophisticated contrast, while white and soft greys balance the visual weight and enhance spatial brightness.

In the bedroom, the mood transitions into a softer, more serene ambiance. An off-white bed serves as the centerpiece, paired with black details—blackout curtains, bed cover, and bedside rugs—creating a refined interplay of light and dark. Gold tones reappear in delicate décor and soft furnishings, complementing the creamy base and unifying the aesthetic language of the entire apartment.
