Location: Ground Floor, Sea View with Pool Access
This one-bedroom apartment is located in the heart of La Mer, offering direct access to the pool and promenade, with an uninterrupted sea view—an ideal setting for a serene yet luxurious living experience. Designed not just as a holiday escape, but as a refined long-term rental, the space was styled to combine comfort, functionality, and timeless elegance.
The existing interior featured a brown-toned kitchen, cream-colored walls, and light wood-effect flooring, which we complemented with a warm, natural palette of beige, ivory, and soft greys. The living room is furnished with plush, linen-textured sofas and light drapery to create a sense of calm and everyday comfort. A light marble coffee table enhances the apartment’s natural brightness and relaxed sophistication.
Rounded chandeliers echo the dandelion-inspired artwork in the living area, adding a poetic, organic rhythm. The dining space features a Calacatta marble table paired with soft-toned chairs, subtly aligned with the grey curtains. The overall styling includes rounded, biomorphic shapes in both lighting and tableware, establishing harmony and a gentle flow throughout the space.
Given the ground-floor location and garden access, we enriched the interior with abundant greenery and floral arrangements, creating a strong connection between indoor and outdoor living.
The bedroom was designed as a light-filled retreat, featuring a white bed, white curtains, and white bedside rugs, balanced with grey and black accents. The generous layout allowed for a dedicated chest of drawers, adding essential storage in addition to the built-in wardrobe—ideal for everyday living.
In addition to the main bathroom, the apartment includes a separate laundry and utility room, offering further storage solutions—enhancing the space for long-term comfort and practicality.
Perfectly suited for long-stay rental, this apartment blends elegance, natural textures, and functional luxury in one of Dubai’s most desirable seaside communities.
