Location: Walking Distance to Promenade & Canal

Located just three minutes from the Dubai Marina promenade, this one-bedroom apartment was designed as a stylish long-term home, balancing vibrant personality with refined elegance. The space featured light wood flooring and soft grey walls, serving as a neutral backdrop for a curated mix of colors, textures, and modern accents.

In the living area, a muted rose-beige sofa pairs with a matching throw and a sculptural swivel armchair. Layered coffee tables in grey and pink glass follow a modern composition trend, complemented by abstract artwork in tones of gold, grey, black, and white. Grey curtains frame the space, uniting the design elements.

The dining area features a Tulip-style table with refined grey chairs in marble and gold metal finishes. A tulip vase on the table echoes the form, adding a soft organic touch. Opposite, a sleek light-toned sideboard with gold legs supports the TV and completes the room’s cohesive elegance.

Entryway details include a marble-top console with slim metal legs and a floral arrangement in grey glass, while a gold-framed mirror discreetly conceals utility elements. The bathroom accessories match the apartment’s overall color palette for visual continuity.

The bedroom adopts a calmer, more muted tone—light grey walls, a soft grey bed, side tables, and a chest of drawers. The space is accented with a wood feature panel, light grey curtains, and white textiles with gold trim. A decorative glass vase with natural branches references one of the leading trends from Salone del Mobile 2025 in Milan.

Designed for long-term living, this apartment blends soft color with bold character—ideal for Dubai Marina’s cosmopolitan lifestyle.
