Scope: Interior Styling & FF&E for Long-Term Rental
Units: 10 Apartments – Two- and Three-Bedroom Layouts
This project in the prestigious Meydan area of Dubai involved the interior styling and furnishing of ten apartments intended for long-term rental. To offer variety and appeal to different lifestyle preferences, three distinct interior schemes were developed, applied across both two- and three-bedroom layouts. All apartments were fully equipped with essential appliances, accessories, and floral compositions to create a welcoming, move-in-ready experience.
Style 1 – Light & Warm Tones
Walls were painted in an elegant off-white tone, complemented by cream-colored drapes and soft lighting. New pendant fixtures were added above the kitchen islands for a refined touch. The primary palette blends ivory, brown, and gold, with black used as a subtle accent. Brown velvet sofas, light-toned dining tables with brown chairs, and golden-beige décor set a warm, inviting atmosphere. In the living room, two nesting coffee tables—one in brown and one in gold—bring layered dimension, while a media unit in African brown wood grounds the space. Bedrooms follow the same palette, with plush brown beds, ivory bedding, and beige nightstands, all highlighted with elegant gold and black accents.
Style 2 – Contemporary Grey Elegance
This design features soft grey walls, matching curtains, and a more minimal, monochrome aesthetic. The focal point in the dining area is a round marble table with a sculptural cylindrical base, paired with black chairs. Grey pendant lights with a smoked glass gradient add sophistication to the living area, which features a black sofa, black armchairs, and a coordinating TV unit. Bedrooms follow the same design logic—grey beds, black nightstands, black table lamps, and artwork with black and gold tones that add depth without overwhelming the space.
Style 3 – Dark & Moody Luxe
Walls and curtains were finished in dark grey to create a bold, intimate atmosphere. A dark grey marble-effect dining table is paired with high plush grey stools, and the living room features a rich, textural mix: a dark grey rug, a olive -grey sofa and chair with a combination of beige and dark grey pillows. A black TV unit anchors the space, maintaining the elegant contrast. Bedrooms echo the same dark palette, with black-gold artwork and carefully curated accent lighting.
Each apartment was styled with refined attention to detail and furnished with thoughtfully selected accessories, tableware, lighting, and floral arrangements to elevate the ambiance and offer a high-quality living environment in one of Dubai’s most promising residential areas.
